How to Use I Crackers Easy Billing

A complete step-by-step master guide from setting up your cracker shop to issuing high-speed thermal bills during Diwali rush.

Account Registration & Instant Setup

Fill in your cracker shop details on the Registration Page. Enter your shop name (printed on customer bills), owner name, WhatsApp mobile number, stall location, and select how many cashier counters you need.

What Happens Automatically:

Your multi-tenant isolated database partition is created securely.

Customizing Prices & Adding Your Own Crackers

Head to the Cracker Catalogue tab. You can quickly edit selling prices to reflect your local market rates, or import your entire supplier invoice via CSV.

Edit Single Product: Click the pencil icon on any item to update selling price, purchase price, packaging unit, or low-stock threshold.

Bulk Excel/CSV Import: Download the pre-formatted CSV template, paste your supplier's item list, and upload in 1 click.

Printing Barcode Labels & Sticking on Cracker Boxes

Many cracker varieties come from Sivakasi factories without barcodes. Go to Barcodes & Label Printing:

Select the cracker product and required quantity (e.g. 24, 48, or 100 labels).
Choose your paper type: standard A4 sticker paper (24-up or 40-up label grid) or 50x25mm thermal roll printers.
Hit Print. The system renders pure SVG Code 128 barcodes with your shop name and selling price.
Stick the barcodes on the top of cracker boxes on your display shelves for instant scanning.

Connecting Barcode Scanner & Thermal Printer

Plug your equipment into your computer or laptop. No special driver installation or technical configuration is needed.

Daily Till Reconciliation & Profit Reports

When closing your stall for the night, visit the Reports tab:

Cash in Till: Exact rupee total of physical currency received at the counter.
UPI / GPay: Exact bank credit sum to reconcile with your merchant phone.
Estimated Profit: Total revenue minus factory purchase cost of items sold.
Sales Returns: If a customer returns a defective box, 1-click Return refunds the bill and restores the inventory.
