1. Overview and Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of the "I Crackers Easy Billing" multi-tenant SaaS application provided by Infossel Soft Solutions, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, accessible at https://diwali.infossel.in.

2. Nature of Software

I Crackers Easy Billing is exclusively point-of-sale (POS) billing, barcode printing, and stock management software for licensed fireworks retail shops. The software does not buy, sell, store, or deliver fireworks or explosive articles online. All physical transactions occur at the shopkeeper's physical premises.

3. Seasonal Licence and Seat Limits

The software licence is provided as a seasonal fixed-term licence (typically 365 days) on a per-user seat basis (base rate: ₹5,000 per user seat unless otherwise agreed). One user licence permits one concurrent active cashier session. Sharing accounts across multiple concurrent physical counters requires purchasing appropriate user seat add-ons.

4. Tenant Isolation and Data Ownership

All customer records, sales invoices, cracker stock entries, and price lists remain the exclusive property of the respective tenant. Infossel Soft Solutions strictly isolates tenant operational databases and will not sell, rent, or share customer sales data with third parties.
